Shane Dawson obtains unanimous jury verdict in ADA litigation

Following a week-long trial before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, managing partner Shane Dawson obtained a unanimous jury verdict in favor of the employer in a case alleging discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
